Hello Bride-to-be! I'm Karin, a Wedding Dress Designer who's passionate about crafting bespoke couture dresses. With 12 years of experience in designing, I discovered my love for creating custom-made wedding dresses that match each woman's unique style and personality.

My passion for personalization led me to specialize in designing custom-made couture wedding dresses. Every bride deserves to feel special on her big day, and that's where I come in. I listen carefully to my clients' needs and wishes, and turn their visions into reality.

To create high-end couture bridal gowns that perfectly fit each bride's measurements, body shape, and preferences, I work with an elite team of pattern makers and seamstresses with a minimum of 25 years of experience.

I was on a look for a unique dress that fits the vision of how I wanted to look and after visiting a lot of shops, nothing felt right until I came across Karin Rom. Karin's talent and professionalism and on top of it all her sweet character made this process seamless and just comfortable. We sketched out the dress, she over delivered, listened to me every step of the way and she really was more a friend than a designer and I really appreciate how she calmed me down all the time, the stressed bride I was.

The dress was exceptional quality, fit me like a glove, and felt truly bespoke to me and to my wedding. I want to wear it everyday if I can. She designed my veil, gloves, helped me pick the right shoes and even allowed me to borrow her hair piece, she truly is a hidden Amstelveen gem.

Ik was op zoek naar een high end couture trouwjurk en die heb ik meer dan gekregen. De jurk was werkelijk schitterend en de stoffen die zijn gebruikt van de beste kwaliteit. Valt heel mooi om het lichaam. Haar manier van werken is uniek in Nederland en de ontwerpen stralen internationale allure uit. Ik heb een ontwerp gekozen dat met een paar aanpassingen na de bruiloft nog gedragen kan worden waardoor ik er nog meer plezier van heb en door het dragen extra vaak zal terugdenken aan de speciale dag, echt helemaal top!!

I had the best experience with Karin! Her studio is unique in The Netherlands, I didn’t find any other couture handmade wedding dresses. I enjoyed the personal attention and keeping in touch about the dress making a lot. It’s been absolutely great, the dress looks fantastic and I feel good in it 🤩 I’ve received very good feedback from my family about the dress. And not only did she help me with the dress, but also finding and getting the shoes and jewelry best suited for the dress. I love her personality, she is really warm, kind and supportive. She cares to make you feel confident and comfortable as a bride ❤️ And I love the style of all her dresses! It was hard to choose just one of them. And she keeps creating new collections and I would just like to buy more wedding dresses (however you only get married once 😆). The style is unique, she is a true designer/artist. Would definitely recommend! Especially if you prefer to not have fast-fashion wedding dresses. She does very high quality, superb design dresses!
